Not one of us ever imagined in our wildest dreams that what we were planning in 1968 would end up this big, ever, let alone within 40 years. How did it happen? Kind helpful people, many of whom have again given their time by recording this history for the benefit of all. We invite everyone who can contribute theirs or any stories, to please write or e-mail them to us. If you see anything that needs correcting, please email rayfowke@clear.net.nz or write to: Fieldays History, Villa 8, 200 Papamoa Beach Road, Papamoa 3118
